Four offices, one way of doing things
We built Tonic so a family does not have to learn a new process at every address.
Each office has its own doctor, and every office follows the same steps: your questions first, an exam at your child's pace, a plain explanation and a fee you hear before care starts. Parents with school-age children shaped our hours, which run late in the afternoon.

Dr. Nava runs the early hours at the Mesa office so families can come before school. He asks children to describe what they feel in their own words and waits for the answer.
Dr. Adderley leads the Chandler office. She sees school-age children and teens, including students who play a sport, and she answers a parent's questions before the visit starts.
Dr. Pennington leads the Gilbert office. He sees parents and grandparents as well as children, so a family can finish its visits in one trip.
